Sunfish Class & Mini-Regatta

Sunfish Class and Mini Regatta this Saturday from 10am -2pm  at TYC. 

It’s a little last minute, but a handful of us thought about  getting together this Saturday at 10am to learn more about sailing Sunfish. Race Committee Chair, Steve Hancock,  has volunteered to cover several topics as relates to Sunfish and we’ll conclude with a fun race at the end of the seminar.

10:00am-11:00am  Rigging the Sunfish and tuning for racing

11:00am-12:00pm  Classroom (general rules of racing, right of way, tactics)

12:00pm-12:30pm  Lunch $5 per head

12:30pm- 2:00pm  Mini Regatta

If you’re interested in participating, please register for this event by contacting me by Friday night at Commodore@TylerYachtClub.org .We have limited number of Sunfish available, so if interest is great, we’ll need to partner up and alternate for the mini-regatta.
